For ingredients you will need: 

3 CUPS whole wheat flour,  1/2 CUP rolled oats,  2 TBS. baking powder,  1 1/2 CUPS milk,  1 1/4 CUPS smooth peanut butter,  1 TBS. molasses

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
2. Mix flour, oats, and baking powder in one bowl. 
3. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients until smooth, then add to dry ingredients. 
4. Mix thoroughly, transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead well. 
5. Roll dough out to a 1/4" thickness and cut into desired shapes. 
6. Bake on un-greased sheet pans for 20 minutes, then turn oven off leaving pans in oven to cool and bones to dry until hard.
